ABOUT PASSION TRAVEL SERVICES
Passion Travel Services specializes in accompanied group tours to Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Maldives, South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, and other exotic locales. For most, traveling to these places is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. However, planning a long distance trip to countries with language, political, cultural, and other barriers can be daunting. At Passion Travel Services, we utilize our experience and expertise to plan safe, immersive, and fun travel experiences for our clients, removing the hassle and uncertainty of planning the trip yourself.
Passion Travel Services tours are best for first time travelers to these countries. It is part cultural, part adventure and part exotic beaches. We are primarily focused on providing services to travelers leaving out of the United States (US). However, if you are not in the US and are interested in joining our group, we welcome you and will be happy to discuss options and arrangements.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER/TRAVEL DIRECTOR,
PHIM GILBERRY (PRONOUNCED PIM)
I was born in 1971 in Champasak, Laos, a short distance from Ubon, Thailand, the birthplace of my father. The dangerous political climate in that area during the Vietnam War caused our family to defect to his native country Thailand in the mid 1970’s. Because everyone in our family, except my father, were not Thai citizens, our family was forced to live in a refugee camp. In 1982, my family and I were granted entry to the US as political refugees.
Since arriving in the United States, I have lived the American dream. I went to college, completed graduate school, got married, and had kids. Now that my children are grown and out of the house, I have decided to switch gears, return to my roots, and start helping people experience the excitement of traveling to exotic places, while simultaneously feeding my own passion for travel and adventure.
OUR TRAVEL PACKAGES
Our travel packages include: Flights (international and domestic), 4 star hotel accommodations, ground transportations to and from airports, logistics and ground handling services to and from excursions that are included in the package. Some meals and free Wi-Fi at hotels are sometimes included.
Preparing for travel is easy when you have experts to guide you along the way. Once you have made your trip deposit, our travel specialist will provide you with everything you need to know and do before you travel. We look forward to serving you.
